Open Gyms

We have open gym every Monday - Thursday from 3:30-5:00 pm, $5/athlete.

Parents Night Out

Parents night out is on Saturday nights at 7:00-9:30 pm. Great chance for you to drop the kids off for some fun activities while you get some free time. All attendee's must have a waiver on file with the gym filled out by a legal parent or guardian.
Cost is $15/child. We ask that you RSVP for these events ahead of time. Call us at 573-761-5425 or email info.capitolkids@gmail.com.
