On a different note, Ron would also like everyone to know he does not work for Parks and Rec. That is a different Ron Swanson.

Coach Trinity

All Star Director

Born and raised right here in Central Missouri, Trinity’s roots in this community run deep—and so does her passion for cheerleading.

Her journey started at Capitol City Cheer when she was just five years old, where she quickly fell in love with the sport and the energy of the mat. She continued cheering through high school before taking her talents to the University of Missouri, where she proudly spent four years on the Mizzou All-Girl Cheer Team.

Cheerleading has been a huge part of Trinity’s life and has helped shape the person she is today—building her leadership, confidence, discipline, and competitive drive.

Now, she’s coming full circle.

Trinity is back at Capitol City Cheer, the place where her journey began, to start an exciting new chapter as our All-Star Director.

She brings with her a deep love for the sport, fresh ideas, and a strong growth mindset as we continue to build and develop our program and athletes.

We are incredibly excited for the future and can’t wait for our athletes to learn and grow under her leadership.

Coach Riley

Cheer Coach

Riley is originally from Higginsville, Missouri, and cheerleading has been a major part of her life since she first began competing at just eight years old.

Her All-Star journey includes cheering for Spirit Express in Warrensburg, Xtreme Cheer All Stars in Grain Valley, and KC Cheer, where she finished her competitive All-Star career. During that time, she also proudly represented her Higginsville High School cheer team. Riley continued her cheerleading career at the University of Missouri, where she earned a spot on the Mizzou All-Girl Cheer Team and competed for four years. During her time at Mizzou, she served as a team captain, helping lead and mentor her teammates both on and off the mat.

Through cheerleading, Riley developed a strong foundation of discipline, leadership, and teamwork, and she brings that same passion and dedication to coaching. She is incredibly excited to help mentor and inspire the next generation of athletes here at Capitol City Cheer.
